My Testimony Before the Arkansas House – Defending Religious Freedom
I wanted to share with you a video of my recent testimony before the Arkansas House of Representatives’ State Agencies & Governmental Affairs Committee.
In that testimony, I stood on principle—not for any party, not for any church, but for the foundational American ideal that government must neither establish religion nor interfere with its free exercise. My remarks were grounded in the same conviction held by the Founders, who knew that true religious liberty could only flourish when shielded from state sponsorship or suppression.
To be clear: I am not opposed to faith. I am opposed to state power being used to favor or enforce any particular faith. Government should not be in the business of picking winners and losers among religious beliefs. That is not freedom. That is control. And that is not what this country was built on.

It was good to see you in action. Well-done! Your presentation of the truthful ruling between "separation of Church and State, has implication directly to 250 years ago, in 10 days btw, between King George III and these Thirteen Colonies of 1775. Yet, to this day, ambushed in the name of Freedom. They overlook this isn't A Freedom of but a Liberty to. A guarantee to WE the People by our Republics Constitution. How simple and yet so misunderstood.
